I have been using Redline in my training regime for the last year now and love the results. I had gotten to a point when preparing for a figure competition that my energy was just so low that the fat burners I was using just didn't effect me, that's when I discovered Redline. It always seems to give me the energy I need to get through my cardio and weight workouts.

My personal fitness struggles have led me to my love of training and helping others work toward their fitness goals and feeling good about themselves. I was not always an active and fit person, I think I caught “the bug” when I began college at Kansas State University and was recruited based on my height for the rowing team. That was probably my first true experience in a weight room and working with strength coaches. After graduating with a degree in Fine Arts, I continued pursuing my fitness goals part time through teaching group fitness, mainly kickboxing and spinning classes. I developed a huge following through my classes and really loved the time I was spending teaching. That was when I decided to follow my desire to become a certified personal trainer. In 2002, I made the jump into fitness full-time, spending my days teaching classes, training clients and pursuing my own goals in figure competing and now fitness modeling. I am constantly challenged in this field and focused on providing the best experience for my clientele and continuing to educate myself to be as effective of a trainer as possible. My hobby has become competing within the NANBF Figure division, I love the journey I have to go through to make it up on that stage! There is no better feeling than working harder than you thought you ever could.
